Looking for an energetic positive person to join our team. Full time position starting at 20.00 / hour. Monday to Friday 7:30 4:00
Summary: A central resource who maintains clarity, frequency and accuracy in all service activities. Ensures systematic and conscientious customer service while acting as the main liaison between internal and external customers to ensure that all aspects of field service activities are scheduled, executed and completed in a timely manner. Provides timely and accurate reports for the service or sales teams.
Responsibilities:
Coordination and scheduling of all field service activities
Participate in telephone support and office operations
Ensures technical details regarding a service call are received and are recorded
Prepares and ships the appropriate tools and parts for the site visit
Makes any necessary arrangements for the site visit and/or the technician
Ensures all paperwork is done accurately and in a timely manner
Processing of orders for spare parts, tools and consumables
Proactive follow up with customers regarding service calls
Participation in service meetings as necessary
Preparation of miscellaneous reports as needed or requested by the Service Manager / Operations Manager
Ensures all appropriate procedures are followed
Plays active role and abides to safety program and policies
Proactively provides input on value added services, projects or tools and process improvement activities
Any other duties as assigned
Requirements:
College Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent is preferred
Minimum 3 years of experience in high-volume Customer Service and/or scheduling within a service providing department or equivalent desired
Intermediate computer processing skills including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Fluency in English
