Description

Minimum of 2 years administrative experience preferably in Property Management
2 year college diploma in business administration would be considered an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook, Office 365
Willingness to learn Commercial Tenancies Act
Understanding of accounts payable and receive (A/P and A/R) with willingness to learn
Pleasant and professional attitude with outstanding interpersonal skills
Strong relationship-building ability, proactive, results-oriented, and resourceful
Strong organizational skills, multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
Must have a clear criminal background check

Ensure smooth operation of the front office including but not limited to: answering incoming calls, ordering supplies, photocopying, and maintaining filing systems
Respond to general day-to-day inquiries from tenants, service providers and contractors, and redirect specific issues to the Senior Property Manager
Assist with preparation of monthly reports, track and distribute lease documents, create new tenant files, update tenant contact list and prepare welcome packages to new tenants    
Provide tenant  satisfaction through respectful communication and follow-up
Assist Senior Property Manager with scheduling tenant requests and ensuring leased units meet Macro Properties standards of rentable conditions
Assist in collecting budgeted income including gross rents, bad debts, service charges, and vending income
Enter collected income in Yardi
