Position Overview:
Express Wireless is searching for a confident, independent individual who is ready to take action and initiative as a Corporate Sales Representative. Must be goal orientated and self-motivated to develop and drive account strategy, build strategic alliances, and manage relationships within Express Wireless' customer base.
General Manager Goals:
Achieve sales targets;
Consistently deliver an outstanding customer experience and;
Aggressively grow the Express Wireless customer base.
Responsibilities:
Business to Business Sales
Placing outbound sales calls to prospective Express Wireless clients
Promoting and selling services
Building trust, loyalty and solid long-term relationships
Understanding current and prospective customers' communication needs, business issues, and buying motives
Delivering the right solution for clients' evolving business requirements with prompt and efficient service
Utilizing client business plan to create account plans
Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction by to drive real and long standing business value
Qualifications:
Technical sales knowledge
Knowledge of the Wireless and TV industry is an asset
Solution selling or customer-centric sales methods knowledge and experience is an asset
Ability to think and act strategically, including navigation through all levels of a client or prospect organization
Ability to deliver on growth and profitability by selecting and qualifying opportunities
