MP Canada & the Mercan Group (International Recruitment-to-Settlement and Immigration Firm) Seeks Full Time Office Administrator for our Saskatoon operations.
Requirements:
Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Canada.
High level of communication skills in English speaking, reading, writing and listening (secondary language skills in Tagalog an asset)
Three (3) or more years experience in office administrative position preferred
Client service oriented
Detail oriented with proven organizational skills, and can manage time efficiently, as well as multi-task.
Possess proven written and verbal communication skills.
Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations.
Independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, and have a general business background typing more than 50 words per minute.
The selected candidate must maintain strict confidentiality in performing the duties of the Administrator. The position also requires the following personal attributes:
