This position is responsible for the program coordination and development of the Residential, and Family Program(s). Reporting to the Clinical Director, this position provides leadership and direction for the counselling team. The Program Manager oversees the program development and direct delivery and continuum of care for the TRC clients.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for the supervision, budgeting, training and staffing needs of the counselling team.
In collaboration with the Clinical Director, provides leadership and strategic direction for the program offerings including the: Residential and Family Program
Monitors and participates in the development and delivery of all program offerings.
Ensures that best practices and agency standards are being maintained within the agency.
