CUSTOMER CREW OPERATIONS MANAGER

As an Operations Manager, you are the leader of our Customer Crew operations. You will take charge in running all franchise operations to ensure that revenue and profitability targets are met. You wont be afraid to get your hands dirty and will jump right in to perform required junk removal duties as you consider it all in a days work to ensure your customers are left with a WOW experience. You will mentor Truck Team Members to excel in sales, marketing, customer service, profitability and safety and celebrate their wins. You will also be responsible for executing on monthly marketing plans, maintaining equipment inventory as well as for producing and delivering on operational reports.

Successful candidates will:

- Be confident, friendly and a people person who can establish and maintain solid relationships
- Have 3-5 years management experience in the retail/hospitality/service industries
- Commit to WOWing customers with exceptional service and a great attitude
- Have sound general business skills and are comfortable with Microsoft Office, the Internet and basic computer software
