Responsible for cutting & processing all types of meat, poultry, fish, bison and in-store made products, assist with ordering, receiving, pricing, labeling and merchandising. The ideal candidate will have a Meat Cutting Certificate and/or 2-3 years cutting experience.
Meat Cutting Certificate or retail meat cutting experience preferred (will consider student in Meat Processing Course). Must work co-operatively with the public and co-workers, have excellent time-management skills and exemplary work habits. Heavy lifting involved.
