Description

Moosomin Country Squire Restaurant and Bar seeks an experienced restaurant manager.

Requirements:
-  Experience in food service sector is required
-  Completion of college level education is required
-  English speaking is required

Benefit: 15 days of paid vacation per year (or 6% for vacation pay), Meals are provided on duties

Job Duties:
-    Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the operations of restaurant and bar
-    Set staff work schedules and monitor each staffs performance
-    Control inventory, monitor revenues and modify procedures and prices and report to the owner
-    Resolve customer complaints and ensure health and safety regulations are followed
-    Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for all supplies
-    Oversee staff training
