Assume leadership of the day-to-day operations of their successful Livestock Feed Processing plant.
Within a plant that regularly exceeds throughput expectations; apply your knowledge to ensure plant efficiencies, continuous improvements, regulatory compliance, productivity, cost control, account management, and project management are exceeded.
Within this role you will wear many hats, depending on the day:
-Financial Management overseeing all profit/loss activities and monthly pricing
-Human Resources
-Procurement and Logistics
-Account Manager within the industry; suppliers and customers
-Maintenance Manager

To be successful, the following has been identified:
-Strong leadership and people management skills
-Five years grain buying and logistics experience or equivalent sales experience in the feed industry
