Description

The Account Manager will be working exclusively with our Generac Power Systems line. The Account Manager's primary role is to solicit and acquire new clients through strategic business development, and to build valuable relationships to maintain future business and generate leads.   The Account Manager will act as a reliable point of contact for new and existing customers.

Description of Duties:
-Networking: Soliciting new clients and marketing Air Unlimiteds product and service offerings.  Generating leads and acquiring new business.
-Project Management: Maintain organized project files for multiple customers and complete their requests in a timely fashion.
-Quotations: Provide competitive pricing and options on RFQ's and maintain follow ups.
-Client/Account Management: Maintain accounts for existing clients including referring clients to our internal aftermarket sales and service, as well as potential upgrades.
-Component identification: Gain knowledge of Generac's product offerings as well as equals in competitor product lines to gain competitive edge and better service customers.
-Vendor and Project Research: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regional projects and status of Vendors and their equipment.
-Customer Support: Respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
-Warranty Management: Manage any warranty issues with customer equipment.
-Market Research: Investigate needs of current and potential markets and identify upcoming trends.
