Manpower is inviting applications for a Call Centre-Manager position.
Bring your excellent communication & customer service skills along with previous call centre management experience to this temporary (full time hours) assignment that starts right away and will continue till October at a minimum.
Job duties as below but not limited to:
-Managing the overall operations of a call centre
-Prepare/Schedule the CSR in the team
-Handle customer complaints, follow up on complaints and complaint resolution
-Attend meetings and take minutes to be distributed to all attendees
-Maintain team phone lists and client contact lists
-Other duties as required
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8am to 7pm and Saturdays 10 am to 1pm
*Note: Public transportation is not available*
