Vice-Principal, Balcarres Community School
Balcarres Community School offers Pre-Kindergarten to Grade 12 to an enrolment of 375 students.  With a staff of 27.75 FTE teachers and 23 FTE support staff, Balcarres Community School believes in working together to be the best they can be through promoting and exercising their values of safety, care, respect, learning and excellence. [100% administrative; administrative allowance is approximately $13,300]


Qualifications
    Eligible for Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
    Masters degree (completed or in progress) is a definite asset


Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
    A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
    Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
    Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
    An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support Every Student by Name, by Need
    Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction
