Applications are invited for school-based Administrator for the 2015-2016 school year:

Principal, Vibank Regional School
Vibank Regional School offers Kindergarten to Grade 12 to an enrollment of 212 students and has a staff of 16 FTE teachers and 8.8 FTE support staff.  Vibank Regional School is committed to meeting the diverse needs of all while fostering a collaborative environment where teaching and learning is engaging.  Students are empowered to pursue excellence and lifelong learning.  [100% administrative; administrative allowance is approximately $21,200]


Qualifications
    Eligible for Saskatchewan Professional A teaching certificate
    Masters degree (completed or in progress) is a definite asset


Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate:
    A drive to enthusiastically guide and empower staff, students, and community to achieve educational excellence
    Leadership in delivering high quality educational programs and services that encompass all aspects of effective schools
    Management skills to ensure safe, orderly, accountable school operations
    An understanding of the diverse needs of students and knowledge of strategies to support Every Student by Name, by Need
    Ability to align efforts at the school level to support the School Divisions strategic direction
