Description

The primary responsibility of the Director of IT Service Delivery is it to oversee the successful delivery of services. This position is built and working towards the creation of a unified business unit, and combining the infrastructure and software services into a single delivery process. The Director of IT Service Delivery works with the managing partners to ensure that adequate resources are available to deliver services to our client base, that quality services are provided, and that service delivery resources have adequate service opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

The Director of IT Service Delivery has many responsibilities that include:
-Ensure services are completed on time and on budget with client satisfaction

-Ensure standard delivery methodologies are in place

-Ensure standard development methodologies are in place

-Support account managers on professional services and help to promote the sale of professional services

-Create service briefs for the sales team to encourage the sale of professional services by ESTI

-Delegate work and assist when necessary by acting as a mentor and role model for all staff members

-Participate in training and certification plans for staff members

-Participate in research and development planning and processes

-Monitor all statements of work involving professional services, providing reports from internal systems data when necessary

-Monitor demand and inform managing partners on ability to meet the demand with current staffing needs

-Participate in the recruitment and selection of new team members

-Other duties as necessary to ensure the success of ESTI
