Northern Lights School Division No. 113 requires talented, ambitious and self-motivated Area Maintenance/Journeyperson Plumber for residential and commercial buildings. The successful candidate will be required to perform scheduled and emergency repairs at schools and housing units.
This position must work with other team members with minimum supervision; must be trustworthy; able to safely operate tools and equipment required; work cooperatively with other trades and contractors; able to do the heavy work (exert 100lbs of force occasionally and up to 50 lbs of force frequently and 20 lbs of force constantly too move objects) and be willing to travel to various locations.
Candidates should have a minimum of Grade 12 or equivalent, a valid fireman's certificate, minimum of four years' experience in one or more of the building trades and computer knowledge. Saskatchewan journeyperson status, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle are required.
Northern Lights School Division No. 113 offers the following: competitive base wage, paid for benefits package (i.e. vision/dental/health), sick leave entitlements, housing may be available, tool allowance, shift schedule varies depending on position, CVA may be provided for travel throughout school division or mileage will be paid for using a personal vehicle.
