IJack Technologies Inc. is a growing company based out of Southeastern Saskatchewan that provides hydraulic based artificial lift technology and other well optimizing solutions and services to its customers.  We believe that our success is based on our industry leading product design and exceptional service. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to strategically guide and direct all IJack sales and marketing objectives in Western Canada and the United States.

Roles and Responsibilities
Develop and promote IJacks products and services;
Develop pricing strategies, balancing firm objectives and customer satisfaction;
Establish long lasting collaborative relationship with new and existing customers;
Establish distribution networks and develop distribution strategies;
Provide customers with reliable technical information and consult with buying personnel to gain advice regarding the types of products or services expected to be in demand;
Lead all aspects of sales process, including proposals, quotes, cost-estimating, implementation and deployment of equipment;
Work with IJacks Management team to evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, return-on-investment and profit-loss projections;
Use sales forecasting and strategic planning to ensure the sale and profitability of products, lines, or services, analyzing business developments and monitoring market trends;
Identify, develop, and evaluate marketing strategy, based on knowledge of establishment objectives and marketing intel;
Learn and understand the market in trade area including awareness of competitive products;
Formulate sales policies, practices and procedures;
Direct hiring, training, and performance evaluations of marketing and sales staff and oversee their daily activities, as required.
