We are seeking an energetic individual to join our Administration team as an Administrative Clerk at our Canadian Division located in Yorkton, Sask. This is a 1 year Term position
Reporting directly to the Accounting Manager, the Admin Clerk is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing cheques for mail/courier and providing general office support with a variety of clerical duties. This position will be responsible for greeting visitors, answering incoming calls on a multi-line phone system, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, preparing out-going mail/shipments, completing various data entry and scanning tasks and office supply purchasing.
The ideal applicant will possess, at minimum, a high school diploma with preference given to a candidate with Office Education. A working knowledge of accounting is preferred. The candidate should have advanced computer proficiency with strong communication and organizational skills. The successful applicant should have proven experience in customer support and general office administration. This individual must be punctual with a professional appearance. Must be able to work in an environment that exposes staff to allergens, specifically grain or grain dust.
