Duties required would include NOC help desk remote support, onsite support at client sites, project tasks such as deploying new equipment, email migrations, or on-boarding new customers.
This is a position requiring broad knowledge of most industry standard I.T. systems for small/medium businesses, as well as experience deploying and supporting networks, hardware, software, and cloud technologies such as Apple, Microsoft, Active Directory, Exchange, MSSQL, Azure, O365, AWS, VMware, Hyper-V, IIS, RDS, Dell, HP, IBM, Cisco, WAN & LAN routing, WiFi, NAT, SMTP, VoIP, RAID Storage levels, etc.
