Our client, located in Regina, is currently seeking a Temporary Executive Assistant with 6 years of relevant experience to fill a temporary contract with the possibility of permanent employment. The Executive Assistant will act as the Senior Vice President's right-hand administrative support by providing skilled assistance with administrative tasks. The Role:
Organizing the Senior Vice President's calendar and event schedule;
Scheduling appointments and meetings;
Taking care of travel arrangements and booking details;
Attending executive meetings and making presentations;
Preparing expense reports.
The Ideal Candidate:
Six (6) years of experience at an Executive Assistant level;
Professionalism and the ability to work with varying members of the community;
An advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint applications;
Strong time management skills with exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
