Greet customers upon arrival and help assess their needs, quote on products as required. Answer phone calls and help keep showroom and rest of store in a clean presentable manner. Enter sales in computer system and help in collections of funds. Other duties but not limited to would be following up with customers and organizing work orders for installation crews and helping to line up sub-trades if required. Some work on Saturdays required as we are open 10 AM to 4 PM Saturdays except for long weekends and holidays.
