We are looking for experienced Welders to fill several permanent full-time job opportunities with our client who is based in Biggar, SK. Our client is the leading manufacturer of above-ground steel storage tanks which are used in every major industry including oil, gas, mining, transportation, construction and waste management.  Our client specializes in tanks built to ULC,  UL, API and D55 design codes and partners with experienced petroleum contractors to supply all the necessary components, including pumps, dispensers, bollards, spill containers, and electrical accessories.
With over 20 years of experience in the industry, we are looking for a number of experienced structural welders to join their team on a permanent basis.   These welder jobs are based in their manufacturing facility in Biggar, SK which is located approximately 1 hour from Saskatoon.

Skills & qualifications neccessary for the Welder job include:
At least 3 -5 year experience welding, ideally experience working with stainless steel, iron, heavy metals and/or storage tanks is a definite asset
CWB ticket and/or journeyman ticket  would be a major asset
B-pressure ticket would be a definite asset
Ability to problem solve
Strong organizational, communication and problem solving skills
To be successful in this welder job, experience is a MUST in the following Welding Processes:
SMAW
FCAW
SAW
