Description

Western Dodge Chrysler Jeep has an immediate opening for a Service Appointment Coordinator to join our team!  

As Appointment Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring complete customer satisfaction in our Service Department by providing professional, timely, and courteous service to our customers.

Duties include, but will not be limited to, the following:

-Scheduling of customer appointments both walk in and phone appointments.

-advising customers of the necessary services for routine maintenance of their vehicle according to manufacturers specifications.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and customer service skills.  Knowledge of general automotive repairs/maintenance would be an asset, but is not a requirement as we will train any suitable applicant.

This position is permanent and full time.
