We are seeking a customer service-oriented Regional Technician to join our team in Yorkton, Saskatchewan.
The Job:
You'll put your excellent customer service skills to the test, as you'll enter subscriber homes in Yorkton, SK and surrounding area to install TV, Internet, home phone and home security equipment, provide instructions on use, and describe the various product options available. You'll monitor equipment, perform any maintenance needed, and are happy to answer any questions that come up. You're an Access representative so a friendly smile and great attitude are mandatory.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Electronics Certificate or equivalent, and at least one year experience.
- Knowledge of technical diagnostic and maintenance equipment, plus hand tools utilized in the cable industry.
- Organized, personable, and great with the public.
- Class 5 Drivers License.
- Clear Criminal Record Check.
