Our client is looking for a dependable, honest, and personable Receptionist, on a temporary basis. If you have the personality and skills to provide exceptional support for internal clients while acting as the first point of contact for the company, please read on!
The Role:
Acting as the first contact for our employees, clients, suppliers and guests; greeting them with a positive attitude and answering basic inquiries;
Answering the switchboard, directing phone calls and transferring to voicemail;
Ensuring common areas (storage areas, copier areas, server room, printer areas) are organized;
Providing general support photocopying, faxing and distributing;
Following up with clients to confirm appointments;
Ensuring visitor records are managed and recorded appropriately.
The Ideal Candidate:
Six (6) months+ of office reception experience;
Intermediate MS Word skills with the ability to draft memos and correspondence;
Professional image;
Strong customer service, interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
