Advantage Sales and Marketing is currently hiring 2 Event Specialists to demonstrate food, beverage, and general merchandise products for their clients at the Prince Albert Walmart.
This is a permanent, part-time position. Shifts are not guaranteed, they vary depending on the number of events scheduled per store. Schedules are within the time frame of Thursday, Friday 11:30 am- 6:00 pm, and Saturday and Sunday 10:00 am- 4:30 pm, with an unpaid 30 minute break. Availabilitiy preference is all 4 days, with schedules released 2 weeks in advance.
What does an Event Specialist do? They generate excitement, brand awareness and boost sales by hosting events in-stores. They set-up/break down their station within the store, and conduct customer activities including handing out samples, demonstrating products, and talking to customers about product benefits, features, and details. After events they complete call reports and paperwork.
