Description

The Lead, Collections is responsible for the development and delivery of a full range of collection based library services.  The Lead, Collections shapes the nature and quality of collection based patron experiences through the selection and acquisition of material, the development of standards and guidelines, and the development of collection management strategies that enhance patron access to and use of collections in real and virtual environments.  The Lead, Collections also makes use of evidence based assessment in the implementation of service changes and improvements.
