Description

The Swift Current Broncos run the concession in the Credit Union I-Plex for all events including hockey, curling, figure skating and any other special events that may occur.  You will be responsible for all aspects of running the concession including purchasing, inventory control, preparing food, pricing, ensuring maintenance of equipment, maintaining health and safety standards, hiring and supervision of staff, meeting budgeted targets and bank deposits.  The ideal candidate will have experience in all of these areas in either a busy concession setting or a restaurant.  You must be available to work days, evenings, weekends and holidays.  You must be prepared to work overtime during the winter months and time off is taken in the summer when activity slows down.
