We are currently recruiting for an Office Manager for a successful business in the Regina area. This job is full-time with a competitive salary and benefits.
Our client is a leading specialty industrial supplier of pipe, valves, fittings and related products and provider of technical solutions to the energy and industrial sectors.
They operate 38 strategically located facilities throughout North America in close proximity to our customers and act as a critical link in their supply chain. Our strong local presence enables us to reduce order response time, provide a high level of service and establish long term customer relationships.
Key Skills :
Advanced skills using MS Office software
Previous A/R & A/P experience
Planning and organizing ability Great time management and able to prioritize work
Attention to detail: always on the lookout for methods and practices that can be improved on from stocking office supplies and equipment to keeping costs of the branch as low as possible (ie: contracts for freight/phones ect)
Customer oriented Great customer service and good phone etiquette.
To qualify for this amazing job opportunity candidates must have:
Diploma in Business administration
More than 5 years relevant work experience
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi task effectively in a fast paced environment
Proven history of collaboration with staff and customers
