The Interpreter will assist with arranging medical appointments and interpret for patients attending medical appointments.
Qualifications - Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Knowledge of general refugee settlement issues
Knowledge of the difficulties faced by refugees related to accessing health care services
Fluency in English
Fluency in Arabic
Knowledge of medical terminology (preferred)
Experience
Previous experience working in a health care setting (preferred)
Previous experience as a medical interpreter (preferred)
Conditions of Work
Hours of work will be scheduled Monday to Friday during the Clinic's regular hours of business based on patient and Clinic needs.
