Description

Prepare monthly/quarterly/annual financial statements, including journal entries and account reconciliations using Sage 50 (Simply Accounting) and QuickBooks. Prepare and reconcile monthly/quarterly Good and Service Tax entries. Perform daily routines and month end procedures. Manage the accounting for payroll, accounts receivable and payable.  

Advanced working knowledge of Sage 50 (Simply Accounting), QuickBooks and Excel. Strong financial acumen and analytical agility. Detail oriented, organized and able to meet tight deadlines. Self-motivated.  Proven prioritization, time management and project management skills. Effective written and interpersonal communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting relationships.
