Job Purpose
The Imaging Clerks primary responsibility is the accurate completion of indexing and scanning of documents for the organization. The position is responsible for providing administration and support in the delivery of quality support services to all staff. This position will also be responsible for the organization of scanned documents in preparation for destruction and/or archiving.
Working Conditions
This position is expected to operate within a regional service delivery model which will require travel between locations. Other duties may be assigned outside the above job purpose provided the duties are associated with another position at the same or lower pay grade.
Minimum Qualifications
- Academic minimum of Grade XII or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of financial services and workflow gained through a minimum of three months work experience in a credit union or other financial institution.
- Demonstrated ability to perform basic computer functions in Microsoft Office.
- Demonstrated accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to locate discrepancies and differences in records.
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous personal development and learning.
