As Senior Administrative Assistant with our reputable Regina client, you will be a key contributor in coordinating team activities and providing administrative support.
In this role, you will:
- Work closely with members of the team, to support the department and company objectives.
- Coordinate/support overall team member activities including creating reports, correspondence preparation, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, calendar management, client service, etc.
- Develop and maintain accurate paper and electronic filing/record keeping systems.
- Provide word processing support, develop
spreadsheets, charts and presentations.
Education:
- Office Education Certificate or Business
Administration education is an asset.
Experience:
- 5+ years progressive experience in senior
administrative role
- Experience in the financial, legal, investment, banking or insurance industry is a definite asset.
Computer:
- Advanced MS Office skills.
