Description

We are currently on the lookout for a Receptionist interested in providing Summer support to our client, a Regina media firm.

Duties include:
-  Reception and telephone support - receive calls, answer general questions, relay messages and transfer calls.
-  Greet clients and visitors in a friendly, professional manner.
-  Word processing, filing and general office duties.
-  Open/send and distribute mail and courier packages.

Office education training is an asset.
