Our client, a leading insurance firm, has a great opportunity for an Administrative Clerk to provide support over the summer months.

You will be responsible for:
- Filing (electronic and hard copy); coordinate incoming/outgoing mail.
- Telephone reception and customer service, responding to enquiries and relaying messages in a professional manner.
- Serving as a friendly, professional ambassador of the organization, and represent the firm with honesty and integrity at all times.
Education & Experience:
- Grade 12. Office Education or related administrative training is an asset.
- 2+ years related office experience.
Personality / Desired attributes:
- A working knowledge of database software programs.
- Strong work ethics and team player with a positive, professional personality.
- Takes ownership of, and is accountable for position responsibilities.
- Punctual and reliable.
- Committed to accuracy, attention to detail and meeting required deadlines.
