Job Description: Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Regional Account Manager actively supports the expansion and growth of the company by developing and implementing sales plans to effectively market InsightSearchs construction services in a defined jurisdiction. The Account Manager creates and maintains strong business relationships that are in accordance with InsightSearchs strategic business development plans. The position requires delivering presentations to existing clients, communicating with clients throughout the project life cycle and active participation with other team members in business networking opportunities. The candidate analyzes and reports company metrics and presents information on sales activity, project opportunities, client feedback, client expectations and competition. The successful candidate:
Establishes, develops and maintains business relationships with targeted customers in the assigned territory to generate new business for the organization
Makes telephone calls and inperson visits and presentations to targeted customers
Assists in the development of clear and effective written proposals/quotations to targeted customers
Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints
Coordinates sales effort with marketing, sales management, accounting, logistics and technical service groups
Assists in determining the markets potential of targeted customers value to the organization
