For over 90 years, the SRNA has set high standards for nursing education, practice, and registration. To contribute to this tradition, and advance quality, competent nursing care in Saskatchewan, the Association is seeking to fill a 6 - 9 month full-time contract position.

Executive Assistant, Governance

Reporting to the Executive Director, the incumbent will provide confidential executive level administrative and technical support to the Executive Director, Council and selected Council committees within a policy governance framework. Duties will include performing a variety of advanced word processing tasks using various Microsoft Office applications; maintaining electronic records; monitoring emails for the Executive Director; preparing for Management and Council; taking minutes; coordinating all travel and event plans for ED and Council; and completing special projects as required. The successful candidate will have a one-year certificate or diploma in an administrative function with 7 years of experience working in an administrative function with higher levels of responsibility and accountability. Competencies include strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, initiative and innovation, confidence in using technology and the ability to multitask.
