This full time management position is an exceptional career opportunity within the automotive industry, and is suited for an individual seeking a profession rather than a job. This team player will be well organized, highly motivated, and have a keen eye for detail. Experience in the detailing industry would be an asset, although not a requirement. More importantly, a positive and enthusiastic approach to leadership will be the key to our teams success in delivering outstanding customer service and quality workmanship.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a high volume detail shop, generating in excess of 1.5 million dollars in sales annually. This team player will coach and develop 12-14 employees, monitor production, develop and implement processes for efficiency, ensure top quality workmanship, analyze production, and manage costs.
