OSL (Outsourced Sales Leaders) provides the talent and operational expertise for the wireless division within Walmart. We pride ourselves in creating a superior retail experience, marked with excellent customer service. As a Wireless Store Manager in Walmart, you will have the benefit of meeting the needs of your customers through all the major carrier offerings. Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service at all times
Drive sales through an understanding of customer requirements while providing an appropriate product solution
Generate interest and awareness by proactively soliciting existing Walmart customers
Accountable for achieving operational excellence through ongoing coaching and development of sales associates
Responsible for achieving all key performance indicators including sales, customer experience and operational targets
Collaborate with leadership to determine ongoing strategic action plans that support all key business objectives
Participate in all required training, with a focus on continued personal and professional development
