Description

Responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:
Providing assistance to the Rebuild Project Managers.
Scheduling work orders and communicating directly with customers.
Handling incoming and outgoing calls related to all rebuild construction.
Communicating directly with internal and external trades.
Coordinating work orders for internal and external trades.
Scheduling all final cleans and walk-through inspections with clients.
General office duties which include organizing and filing.
The ideal candidate will possess:
Minimum of two years experience in an administrative position.
Excellent customer service skills and the ability to maintain a high degree of professionalism.
Strong willingness to learn and adapt to changes.
Ability to multi-task.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to pay close attention to detail.
Excels in customer service.
Positive and professional attitude.
Able to work in stressful situations.
Able to work independently.
Able to solve operational problems.
Preference will be given to candidates that have knowledge of the construction industry.
Preference will be given to candidates that have experience handling high volumes of client calls and scheduling appointments.
