THE POSITION:
We are currently seeking individuals who are passionate about customer service to join our great team in providing a highly memorable and personalized customer experience through product knowledge and an exceptional retail environment. We have a full time & part time Sales Associate positions open at our Relay store location.
As a Sales Associate, you will:
Consistently achieve individual goals that support store objectives
Drive revenue by providing a highly memorable and personalized customer experience through product knowledge and an exceptional store environment
THE PERSON:
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong service orientation with a strong commitment to providing an exceptional customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills
Experience in a retail/merchandising/sales position
Scheduling flexibility to meet the needs of our dynamic work environment including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
