Description

We are SUPREME BASICS (A Division of Supreme Office Products Limited) a Saskatchewan owned and operated company that has been in business for over 40 years. Supreme operates 7 locations throughout Western Canada/Ontario, and employs over 300 employees.

Primary Responsibilities include:
Prospecting calls with Account Managers, Inside Account Managers and individual calls to new customers.
Work collaboratively with client and clients third party firms; including A&D firms, interior contractors,electrical and communication engineers, customers IT group, etc.
Function as a customer advocate for internal order fulfillment performance and service products.
Maintain positive and strategic working relationships with Supremes vendors and suppliers.  
Attend client meetings and assist in determining the customers needs.
Research and source furniture product.
Prepare and present customer quotations/tenders, on behalf of Account Managers and Inside Account  Managers.
Prepare line drawings for CAD space planning.
Coordinate furniture space planning/installation details with the assistance of CAD operators and furniture vendors.
Inspect completed installations and correct identified deficiencies.
Maintain pertinent information communications with Account Managers and Inside Account Managers.

Required Skills:
Knowledgeable of dealerships product lines; product features, applications, technical capabilities and specifications.
Solid understanding of contract furniture management at dealer level (account servicing, project management, order preparation/management, factory interface, delivery and installation).
Efficient and accurate keyboarding/data-entry skills.
Exceptional organizational skills.
Effective listening, verbal and written communication skills.
