David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client, a well-established company, to recruit a Temporary Administrative Assistant to work within their busy office.
The ideal Administrative Assistant will be detailed and enjoy working in a team-oriented environment. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the office staff members and perform various administrative functions as required.
The Role:
Tracking data using spreadsheets;
Faxing, photocopying and filing;
Assisting with data entry;
Maintaining the appearance of the office;
Other general office duties as requested;
Answering phones and taking messages, as required.
The Ideal Candidate:
Minimum of one (1) year previous administration experience;
Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Access;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
Detail oriented with the ability to work both independently and within a team;
A results-oriented personality with the ability to take initiative.
