David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit candidates with experience in accounts payable or accounts receivable for a temporary work term based in Regina. This is an evolving position and responsibilities may shift over time.
The Role:
Receive and verify invoices for inventory;
Distribute invoices for authorization;
Processing, coding, and entering supplier invoices;
Field vendor enquiries;
Pay bills;
Update and maintain vendor accounts;
Post customer payments;
Processing, coding, and entering supplier invoices;
Inbound and outbound collection calls.
The Ideal Candidate:
At least six (6) months experience in an office setting where accounting was a function of the job;
Post-secondary education in office administration including accounting classes;
Advanced computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office;
Must be willing to go through BackCheck and Drug & Alcohol test.
The successful individual will have an eye for detail and be able to perform duties accurately within given time constraints. Professionalism, teamwork, and customer service skills are absolute musts!!
