David Aplin Group, one of Canada's Best Managed Companies, has partnered with our client to recruit a Temporary Bookkeeper based in Regina.
This role requires a self-driven individual with excellent accounting skills, who is highly organized with strong attention to detail.
The Role:
Strong knowledge of Simply Accounting software;
Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Daily Bank Reconciliations;
Payroll - including collecting time sheets from employees;
Entering and reconciling employee expenses;
Strong Excel skills required to upkeep various spreadsheets.
The Ideal Candidate:
Cheerful, friendly and organized;
College Diploma or Certificate in Bookkeeping/Accounting;
Minimum of one (1) year accounting and payroll experience;
Experience with payroll service providers, particularly ADP would be a strong asset;
Experience with administration of Group Benefits would be an asset;
Skilled in MS Office, particularly intermediate level skills in Excel;
Should be detail oriented.
