J. Giesbrecht & Son Cranes LTD. is currently accepting resumes from qualified individuals who wish to apply for the position of ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT.  We appreciate all interest in this posting; however only those candidates who possess the required skills will be selected for an interview.

Consideration will be given to candidates based on the following criteria:
- Education from a recognized business
college or university (equivalent work experience
may be considered)
- 3-5 years experience  
- Proficient ability with SAGE50, Office Professional (2010) and other business software
- Understanding of office equipment
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Administrative and organizational skills with an ability to multi-task
- Knowledge of construction and/or transportation industry would be an
asset

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for,
but not limited to:
- Tracking and preparation of payroll
- Maintaining and managing inventory of office supplies
- Control, maintenance, and up-keep of
personnel files
- Manage company files
- Responsible for maintenance and administration of equipment files
- Manage accounts payables
- Receive and post payment of incoming receivables
- Be dependable and discrete
