Supreme Steel LP  Saskatoon Division requires a full time Welding Supervisor to join our team.  Five years experience as a Journeyman Welder is a requirement, as well as a CWB Welding Supervisor Certificate.  A CWB 178.2 Level 1 Inspector Certificate would be an asset.  The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to gain knowledge quickly, following safety policies and procedures and have strong communication skills.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
    Overseeing and checking welding
    Quality assurance of welds
    Supervising welding personnel
Additional benefits include bonuses based on performance, as well as medical, dental and life insurance benefits after 3 months.  After one year of service a company sponsored self-directed RRSP program and Employee Ownership Program are offered.  The successful candidate will be paid an hourly wage of $30.89.
Other benefits include yearly safety boot and glasses allowances, coveralls, two extra paid statutory holidays each year, night shift premium of $2.00/hr., and double time after 50 hours worked in a work week.
