RESPONSIBILITIES:
Full time position
Create Routes and add students to existing routes.
Communicate with the Public School Board on a regular basis.
Create monthly reports using Bus Planner and Bus Planner Online
Provide Dispatch support
Assist with the roll out of Bus Planner to the Schools within the school district(s)
Assist with internal and external audit requests
Special projects as assigned
EDUCATION:
Advanced Computer knowledge is necessary
Grade 12
EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE:
Advanced computer knowledge
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work under pressure and within strict deadlines
Attention to detail with the ability to prioritize and multi-task
Possess a high degree of initiative, judgment and decision making skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to make decisions both in person and on the phone
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Office environment
Mostly computer
Some overtime may be required
