We ask our clients a lot of questions before guiding them to the right products. We bring a tremendous amount of experience to every project which we use to ensure proper execution. Responsibilities:
The successful applicant will help customers select the right type of floor coverings for their homes, provide estimates to complete the work, and manage the installation process. The applicant must be able to work closely with customers in a relaxed and creative manner throughout the consulting process. Some of the duties will include:
Meet with customers in the showroom to help them select the product that fit with the design of their home and is appropriate for their lifestyle.
Meet with customers at their homes to collect necessary information such as measurements.
Prepare estimates for clients based on the amount of material and labour required to complete the job.
Oversee the installation process of each sale.
Ideal applicants will have:
