Financial
Achieves all key financial objectives established by Laura Canada.
Customer Service
You have a genuine ability to connect and build relationships with your customers.
You master Clientele Development and effectively maintain customer relationships.
After discovering your customers lifestyle, you have the ability to quickly locate and create a strong wardrobe presentation.
You have the ability to assess your customers body shape/type.
You promote the website, store CRM, loyalty program and marketing initiatives in place.
You execute all P.O.S. (Point of Sale) procedures accurately and efficiently, as required.
Fashion & Product Expertise
You demonstrate a passion for fashion and embody the brand.
You master the knowledge of current fashion trends/fabric terminology and communicate them with an infectious approach.
You accessorize each outfit with great flare and style.
You understand all garment care and share it with confidence.
You communicate to the Category Managers all quality and merchandise issues.
Business Development / Networking
You develop your social media network.
You initiate cold calls to businesses and ensure bookings.
You initiate and coordinate in store and external events.
You coordinate and execute trunk shows.
You develop and build partnerships with different networks.
Requirements
Experience in a retail environment
Has a flare for fashion
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Conducts oneself in a professional manner.
Open to feedback and implements change in a timely manner.
Demonstrates initiative on an ongoing basis.
Positive attitude and confident
Passion to keep learning, growing and adapting
English and/or French as required
