Were looking for an organized, energetic, tech-savy Account Manager / Support Rep! The successful candidate will need to thrive in a quick sales cycle environment; helping setup, launch and support new client accounts, and prospect for additional accounts.
Responsibilities
Process and manage new account setups
Help clients use our technology
Reach out to new accounts and partner channels via email and cold-calls
Provide detailed reporting on activities
Work within a team environment to establish and coordinate goals
Requirements
2+ years of inside sales / customer service experience (technology or real estate sales experience is preferred)
Track record of over-achieving quota
Strong phone presence
Moderately tech savy
Excellent verbal and written communications skills
Strong listening and presentation skills
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Graphic design capabilities is an asset!
